We've lived in Surprise since 2014 and this community is our home. When I got into the industry, I worked for the type of company no one wants to hire. We were overworked, underpaid and frequently not given the proper tools to do the job right. In some cases, we were given low quality, watered down products just to stretch them further. Although I learned a lot, that experience showed me exactly what kind of company I never want to run.
